ISORetract™ Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing ISORetract™. Your satisfaction and safety are of utmost importance to us. This policy complies with FDA regulations for medical devices.

No Returns on Used or Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or used ISORetract™ devices.

Unopened Products

  • Must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • Item must be returned within 15 days of receipt
  • 20% restocking fee applies to refunds

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid label and replace the item at no cost.

Initiating a Return

  1. Complete the Return Request Form
  2. Wait for confirmation before shipping
  3. Ship item back using provided instructions

Inspection Policy

All returns will be inspected before approval. Items that are used, damaged due to improper handling, or not in original condition will not be refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping Returns

For items over $100, use a trackable shipping method or insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages.
