Each item is pouched and placed on edge, with a standard load above. This cycle has been validated to ensure complete sterility.

Dry Heat Sterilization:

This product has not been validated for standard high-temperature dry heat sterilization (≥160 °C). Exposure to high dry heat may cause warping, deformation, or loss of functionality.

If using dry heat, do not exceed 120–130 °C and only use short, validated cycles. Steam autoclave sterilization remains the recommended method (132 °C, 4 min, 30 min dry).

The product has been validated for steam sterilization at the following parameters:

Recommendation:

Only validated sterilization cycles (steam autoclave at 132 °C, 4 min full cycle, 30 min dry) are confirmed to maintain product integrity.

Standard high-temp dry heat sterilization should not be used unless validated for ISORETRACT.
