How to Position ISORETRACT Correctly
For full access, retraction, and fluid control, position the tongue housing at the patient’s last molar.
Preparing a New ISORETRACT
When first using your ISORETRACT, the tongue housing may fit snugly into the mouth retractor tracks — this is completely normal. Watch the video below to see how to gently flex the tracks for easy insertion and a perfect fit.
Sterilization
Before each use, clean and sterilize ISORETRACT using a steam autoclave in accordance with the current Instructions for Use and your facility’s validated protocol. Ensure the device is clean, completely dry, properly packaged, and positioned to allow steam to contact all surfaces. Do not use the device if the packaging is damaged or the sterilization cycle cannot be verified.
Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind every ISORETRACT. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right—whether through a refund, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
