 Built From Chairside Experience 

ISORETRACT was created from firsthand experience inside the orthodontic operatory. After more than 14 years working chairside, founder Anthony Herrera recognized the need for a more comfortable and effective way to improve access, visibility, soft-tissue retraction, and fluid control during treatment.

That insight led to the development of ISORETRACT—a reusable control system designed to support more efficient clinical workflows while creating a more comfortable, controlled working field for patients and providers.

Today, ISORETRACT brings together clinical experience, dental-industry leadership, and a commitment to practical innovation. Our mission is straightforward: help orthodontic and dental teams work with greater access, visibility, isolation, and control.

Anthony Herrera, Founder & President of ISORETRACT, bringing more than 14 years of hands-on orthodontic chairside experience and deep product knowledge to the company. His firsthand understanding of clinical workflow and daily treatment demands helped shape the vision behind ISORETRACT. As the driving force behind the product, Anthony continues to develop practical systems that improve the working field and support orthodontic offices.

Joe Rieck is the CEO of ISORETRACT and brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in sales, business development, and scaling growth-stage companies. His background includes building high-performing sales teams, expanding distribution channels, and driving revenue growth. At ISORETRACT, Joe leads company growth, distribution partnerships, and product adoption throughout the orthodontic market.

Jack Abrams brings more than 28 years of experience in dental distribution, sales, business development, and corporate strategy. As Chief Strategy and Commercialization Officer, he helps lead ISORETRACT’s sales, marketing, partnerships, and growth strategy. Jack works with distributors, dealer networks, DSO leadership, and manufacturing partners to help scale ISORETRACT and expand its reach across orthodontics, general dentistry, and future global markets.

Frank Prendergast, Chief Business Development Officer of ISORETRACT, brings more than 38 years of healthcare distribution, business development, and commercialization experience to the company. He helps lead strategic partnerships, market expansion, and growth initiatives across orthodontics and general dentistry. Leveraging decades of industry expertise and an extensive professional network, Frank works to expand ISORETRACT's reach and accelerate market adoption.

Kevin Henry brings more than 25 years of experience in dental media, branding, communications, and industry education to ISORETRACT. As Chief Branding and Communications Officer, he helps strengthen the company's messaging, build meaningful industry relationships, and elevate the ISORETRACT brand. Kevin is a recognized speaker, podcast host, and DiSC-certified trainer with leadership experience at DrBicuspid.com, Dental Products Report, and Dental Economics.
