ISORETRACT Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering ISORETRACT. Please review these return and exchange terms before starting a return.

Return eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. We accept returns of opened and unopened products, including products that have been used. Contact info@isoretract.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping and refunds
A prepaid return label is available for a $12.95 fee. There is no restocking fee. After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is processed within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective products
Contact us at info@isoretract.com if your order arrives damaged or a product is defective. Exchanges are accepted for damaged or defective products.
